Delivery times and shipping

AtPAOMA, each of our products is made to order in our workshop with care and precision. This approach allows us to offer tailor-made solutions adapted to your needs.

🧵 Manufacturing lead times

• Regular period: approximately 2 weeks of manufacturing

• Busy periods: allow up to 3 weeks

These delivery times may vary slightly depending on the volume of orders and the level of product customization.

🛠 Custom orders

For custom-made orders, delivery times may vary depending on several factors, including:

• the complexity of the project;

• the quantity ordered;

• handling characteristics;

• as well as the delivery destination.

Manufacturing and delivery times are communicated after the project has been fully reviewed and all details have been approved.

🚚Delivery times

Once your order is ready, it is shipped with Purolator.

• Quebec: 1 to 2 business days

• Other Canadian provinces: 2 to 8 business days

• United States: 4 to 10 business days
  (Delivery times may be slightly longer due to customs procedures.)

📧 Order tracking
When your package is ready for shipment, you will receive an email from Purolator containing your tracking number.

✍️ Secure delivery

• A signature is required upon delivery.

• If you are not home, a delivery notice will be left so that you can pick up your package at a Purolator drop-off center.

🏬Purchases from a distributor

If your purchase was made from one of our distributors, please contact them directly to find out the applicable delivery times for their store.
